RS PRO 40m 4 Socket Type F - German Schuko Extension Reel Open Reel, 230 V ac

This RS PRO 4-socket extension reel with German-style Schuko socket comes with a 40-metre cable to help you power electrical equipment over much greater distances. The open reel can be used with a range of kit in domestic and commercial settings, including push-button units, most power transmission tools and hoist travelling equipment.

All of the four Type-F Schuko electrical plug sockets on this reel come with two round holes, which means you can insert your plugs in either position. It's been individually flash tested to 4 kV and complies with the BS EN 61242 standard for household cable reels, so you can be sure of a safe electrical product.

Choose from a basic and premier model – the premier model features a residual current device (RCD) to protect against electrocution, as well as an integrated thermal cut-out to prevent the extension reel from overheating.
