Thoroughly degreasing the parts is recommended to ensure optimal adhesion before applying the varnish.
What is the ideal distance for spraying?
It is advisable to spray from a distance of 25cm to achieve an even coat.
How is the drying time affected by temperature?
At ambient conditions, the drying time to touch is 30–60 minutes
however, it accelerates to 3–4 hours when heated to 60°C.
How can I ensure that the nozzle is clean after use?
Clean the nozzle by spraying it upside down until only gas escapes, which prevents clogging and maintains functionality.
