The ams AG 4-digit LED display drivers has a 20 pin and 7-segment compact display driver . The device can be programmed via SPI, QSPI, and microwire as well as a conventional 4-wire serial interface. The device include an integrated BCD code-B/HEX decoder, multiplex scan circuitry, display drivers, and a 64-bit memory.
