Phoenix Contact Black Fuse Terminal Block, 20 to 6 AWG, 250 V - PTV 4-HESI (5X20) - 1088742

This 250 V fuse terminal block from Phoenix Contact provides a simple method to add overcurrent protection to your circuits. The compact unit with front wiring offers high packing density, so it's useful for modular electronic gadgets with limited space.
Push-in technology on the block ensures simple and tool-free wiring of conductors with ferrules, such as glass and ceramic fuses. The component's levers can be opened completely even when the conductors are connected, thanks to the lateral conductor connection. This makes installation, inspection and maintenance simpler. Plus, it's easy to identify faulty fuses using the integrated LED (light-emitting diode) indicator.
This product has a UL-94-V-0 fire safety rating from Underwriters Laboratories, which means it won't burn for longer than 50 seconds in case of accidental fire. It's typically used in the railway industry, machine-building and plant engineering systems.

• Tested to ensure reliability in public utility systems
• Guaranteed back of the hand and finger protection
• Test points on both sides
• Current rating of 10 A
• Wire size of 20 to 6 AWG (American wire gauge)

Note

The PTV series of terminal blocks feature vertical cable insertion. This lateral cable orientation also prevents the cable from bending.
