Use this hardwearing power supply unit from Phoenix Contact to energise DIN-rail-mounted components in railway control systems. The unit has a robust design and is ATEX (atmosphere explosible) approved for use in hazardous areas. It converts single-phase AC (alternating current) and DC (direct current) input voltages to a level (24V DC) that can be used by smaller devices linked to it. You can either connect this device in series or in parallel for increased capacity, making it a flexible choice to suit your circuit design specifications.

With a wide operating temperature range between -25°C and +70°C, this component is suitable for use in harsh environments. For electrical safety, it has an integrated 12A fuse that offers short circuit protection, safeguarding you from electric shocks. It also has a varistor and a surge arrester that prevent voltage spikes and enhance safety.
