RS PRO 5 Pole DIN Socket, 2A, 100 V AC, Twist Lock
Looking for a five-pole DIN socket that will make a secure but quickly detachable connection with its plug? This quality component from the RS PRO range has a twist-lock mechanism to hold the plug securely in place.
Silver plating keeps the resistance of the contacts down to a maximum of 20 mΩ. A metal panel mount housing enables the socket to be secured to an equipment box. It's current-rated at 2 A and voltage-rated at 100 V AC, with an insulation resistance of 100 mΩ for 1 minute at 500 V DC. It's available with either a 180˚ or a 240˚ twist lock. The socket has been tested so you can be sure it won't damage equipment through electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007). It contains only minimal hazardous substances (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
