The ADuM3220 and ADuM3221 from Analog Devices are 4A dual channel gate drivers incorporating Analog Devices iCoupler® technology. The combination of high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology provide superior performance when compared to alternatives such as the combination of pulse transformers and gate drivers. Digital isolation is provided in 2 independent isolation channels.
