ICD 3 Test Interface Module
The ICD 3 Test Interface Module from Microchip is an aid to allow users of the MPLAB ICD 3 Debugger/Programmer to test and verify that the device is functioning correctly. By connecting the Test Board to the MPLAB ICD 3 confidence tests can be run within the IDE that can interrogate the basic functions and signals of the MPLAB ICD 3 to give an indication that the device is fully functional, or whether there is a fault.
