The Microchip Charge pump DC-to-DC voltage converter designed to generate negative or doubled voltages from a positive input supply. It operates without inductors, using only two external capacitors, which simplifies design and reduces electromagnetic interference. The device supports input voltages from 1.5 V to 12 V and delivers efficient voltage conversion with minimal power consumption. It includes a frequency boost feature to raise the internal oscillator from 10 kHz to 45 kHz, allowing the use of smaller capacitors.
