The L-Com assembled D-Sub hood kit features a easy to assemble DB9 and HD15 two piece metalised backshells which are a great choice for the "do it yourself" consumer. Metalised chrome plating provides an economical method of shielding backshells. When used with shielded cable, a complete ground can be made between connector shells.
