The Igus chainflex cables from igus are designed with one message in mind, “cost down, life up”. With our TPE jacket material, we provide products that can cope with highly demanding applications adopting very high abrasion resistance whilst providing excellent protection levels when faced with harsh chemical and oil-based environments. Bus cables are used to ensure the safe and reliable data transmission between to electrical devices that support the dedicated Bus protocol (Ethernet, CAN-bus, Profibus/Profinet etc). Core configurations vary and are designed to conform to each Bus protocol including materials, sizing, colour coding and electrical properties and has guaranteed electrical and mechanical performance when used in accordance with the associated “Guaranteed service life” table. CFBUS.PVC is designed for heavy duty applications where the influence of oils is relatively light. Preferably for use on indoor applications or for outdoor applications at above freezing temperatures. Typical application areas include

pick and place machines, automatic doors, clean room, very quick handling.
