The Maxim Integrated MAX49140 is a single high-speed comparator optimized for systems powered from a 3V or 5V supply. It combines high speed, low power, and rail-to-rail inputs. Propagation delay is 30ns, while supply current is only 100μA (type). The input common-mode range of the device extends up to both power-supply rails. The device is ideal for interfacing with both CMOS and TTL logic.
