Bluetooth LE Client Module Development Board
The Microchip Bluetooth Low Energy Client Module (BLECM) is a flexible IoT development platform which can simply connect an Embedded System to a Cloud Server via a Bluetooth connection. The board communicates data generated by sensors or other sources to a Cloud Server with minimal set-up.
The on-board MikroElektronika mikroBUS™ socket allows the Bluetooth Low Energy Client Module to be customised to various applications. A wide range of differing sensor types or communication interfaces can be added simply by adding the appropriate MikroElektronika Click Accessory Board. On-board push buttons and a potentiometer can also be used to generate inputs.
Users wishing develop a connection with an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Server can take advantage of the Microchip AMI (Amazon Machine Image) available via the AWS market place. This provides a means to get a working connection set up in minutes.
