Belden 1505F Serial Digital Interface (SDI) Coaxial Cable, RG-59, 1505FPU.00305

If you need dependable signal transmission for your digital video application, try the 1505FPU.00305 coaxial cable from Belden.

The Belden 1505FPU.00305 low loss serial digital coax cable uses 1 bare copper 20 AWG conductor. It features a double 95% tinned copper braid shield to protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI), reducing unwanted noise and minimising signal loss. This coaxial cable has a nominal characteristic impedance of 75 Ohm. The operating temperature range for this unit is -30°C to +70°C.

This Belden 1505F cable is RG-59 rated, a type of cable which is ideally suited for low bandwidth and low frequency applications. It has a length of 305m.

Features and Benefits:

• UV resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use
• Specially formulated FPE (Foamed Polyethylene) insulation is crush-resistant
• Outer jacket is made of durable PUR (Polyurethane), ensuring flexibility and resilience against oil/flames
• Maximum pull tension of 200 N (45 lbf)

Applications:

Digital Video
6 Gb/s UHDTV
HD-SDI 1080

What is the difference between RG-59 and RG-6?

RG-6 coaxial cables are better suited for high bandwidth, high frequency installations like cable tv, satellite tv, and broadband internet. They use a larger conductor and have thicker dielectric insulation.
