The ABUS Security-Centre Recorder is easy to set up and can be flexibly positioned, supplying power directly to cameras via PoE (Power over Ethernet). The Network Video Recorder (NVR) can be placed in a server cabinet or next to the monitor from which it is operated. It supports up to 4 IP PoE cameras, reducing installation costs for hard-to-reach locations. By integrating a 3.5-inch hard disk (accessory), it stores and displays video in Ultra HD resolution. All functions are accessible locally and remotely through an intuitive user interface, making it ideal for a compact and professional surveillance system.

The powerful data compression (H.265 Plus up to 4 times more efficient than H.264) ensures efficient storage utilisation. In this way, depending on the configuration, recording can last for weeks or months - e.g. by manual triggering or motion detection. Even start-up is brief - simply connect the NVR to a monitor or access the user interface using a PC and browser - the first live image from the cameras will appear shortly. Individual settings can also be made quickly. Mobile app access Users receive a push notification from the ABUS Link Station app, for example in the event of a motion alarm. The app’s Pro version offers unlimited mobile access. Free with Lite version: up to 60 minutes/month data stream (live view/playback).
