Eaton 800mA F Glass Cartridge Fuse, 5 x 20 mm

This cartridge fuse is a fast-acting protective component designed for low-energy circuit protection in electrical and electronic assemblies. The device exhibits fast melting times at overcurrent, with defined time to current characteristics for 160mA to 6.3A ranges and specified clearing behaviour at higher multiples of rated current to enable predictable selectivity.

Endcaps are plated—lower current versions receive silver plating while higher ratings use nickel plating—to provide low cold resistance and stable contact performance.

Axial lead variants exist with 0.8mm diameter leads for ratings above 6.3A to permit through-hole wiring

The fuse is rated for operation at 250V with measured melting I2t and maximum voltage drop specified at rated current to quantify interrupting energy and voltage loss during normal operation.
