The SKF Hook spanner for SNL housings is a unique protected design of this SKF Hook spanner, allows it to tighten and loosen lock nuts whilst these are inside SKF split pillow block housings. Alternatively it can bemused as regular hook spanner. They are used to secure and adjust bearings on tapered journals, adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves and it is designed for nuts with an outer diameter of 120 mm.
