By ordering, the Customer acknowledges that the Services will be provided by Makita UK Ltd (“Supplier”) on the terms and conditions available under the technical reference section. (“Supplier’s Terms”). RS is acting as the Supplier’s payment agent. Accordingly, notwithstanding article 3. of the Supplier’s Terms, payment shall be made to RS in accordance with section 4 of this order form. RS acknowledges that payment to RS shall be satisfaction of Customer’s obligation to pay Supplier.
