Modular Power System 1200 W per Mainframe GPIB
System comprises 66000A, 4U, 8-slot mainframe which accepts up to 8 power modules (ordered separately, typically 690-9436) in any combination. The 66001A detachable keyboard 690-9423 provides manual control of the system and is suitable for program development and troubleshooting. The 66002A rack mount kit 690-9427 enables the keyboard to be installed in a standard ATE rack. The system in use simplifies test-system assembly, cabling, programming, debugging and operation. For ATE and produvtion test environments, it can supply bias power and stimulus to sub-assemblies and final products.

One 66000A mainframe can be connected with up to 8 of the Agilent series of system power supplies 6640 (typically 690-9506 ), 6650 (690-9524 ), 6670 (690-9543 ), 6680 (690-9556 ), 6690 (690-9574 ) or 6030 (690-9344 ). This solution provides power ranges from 150 → 5000W at one primary GPIB address.
