In their family of Bench supplies Rohde & Schwarz contain instruments with up to 4 channels, the circuitry of each channel is isolated from the others making it easier to combine channels to drive bipolar circuitries. With the same voltage range on all channels, any channel can be selected for application, with each channel being regarded as a separate power supply.
All power supplies in this series can be used in constant current mode, current limiting ensures only the configured current can flow helping prevent damage to test circuits if there is a fault. Infact Rohde & Schwarz power supplies have multi-purpose protection functions to ensure output is protected, such as maximum current, maximum voltage and maximum power preventing overload. The R&S®NGE100B DC Power supply series consists of robust, high-performance, affordable instruments. They offer high efficiency combined with low ripple, plus a variety of comfort functions that are not usually found in this class of power supplies, making these the ideal solution for your bench needs.
