Use this Allen Bradley auxiliary contact from Rockwell Automation to efficiently transfer data from an electrical circuit to a logic controller for smooth automated processes. The device operates together with main contacts to signal switching states or logic. It also sequences controls to devices such as push buttons and relays. For safety, the contacts in the unit are positively guided, which ensures they can never all be closed at the same time. This unit has NO (normally open) contacts and is ideal for switching on other components, such as status indication lamps.

• Quick and simple front mounting method with no need for special tools
• Auxiliary contact blocks can be mounted onto the contactor, meaning no additional panel space is needed
• Electronically compatible contacts to reduce the risk of faults and maintain machine availability

What's the advantage of using an auxiliary contact?

Many protection or control devices include additional auxiliary contacts that enable remote signalling of the main contact switching states. These are smaller and more easily accessible than main contacts, which makes them simpler to install, replace or remove.
