EBK7000 MagnetoResistive Angle & Length Sensor Evaluation Kit
The Sensitec EBK7000 is an Angle and Length measurement evaluation kit using MagnetoResistive Sensor Technology. Built as an Arduino microcontroller system extension board, the EBK7000 evaluation kit allows users to learn differing factors impacting upon measurement signal resolution. Allowing for gain and interpolation adjustment within software the analogue and digital sensors can both be received and processed by the microcontroller.
The signal processing in the EBK7000 is realised by an interpolation ASIC. The basis of the signal conditioning is amplifiers, analogue to digital convertors and logic based functions. Output signals of the sensor are amplified to optimally operate the analogue to digital converter. Sensor signals are converted to a square wave, phase shifted by 90 degrees between sine and cosine channels and set resolution.
