Evaluation Board for HV Current Shunt Monitor AD8212
An evaluation board for Current Monitoring with only 0.2% error in the presence of a 500V Common-Mode-Voltage, utilising the Analog Devices AD8212 Current Shunt Monitor IC. This circuit is one of the Analog Devices Circuits from the Lab™ series of reference circuits.
The Evaluation Board contains the following ICs:

Note
An external shunt resistor with maximum voltage drop of 500 mV at maximum load current is required.
Current Sensing Amplifiers have a voltage output that is proportional to the volt drop across a very low value resistor, usually in a high-current power rail. Hence they measure the current flowing in that power rail.
