Since the invention of the Mini-Change connector in 1986, Brad products have been the standard for harsh duty connectivity. "Brad" is correspondent to the industry-standard M12 connector.
Brad connectivity products provide one convenient source for specifying numerous passive interconnect and industrial communications requirements for industrial applications. Ideal for a range of industrial automation applications such as - automated assembly equipment, conveyor systems, material handling, and pick-and-place robotics.
Micro-Change connectors are designed to withstand harsh-industrial and weather environments, with their superior quality assuring reliable connections for control elements in automated equipment. They allow fast and simple replacement of sensors, encoders, switches in industrial machinery.
With Mini-Change connectors, industrial device wiring is easier to install and maintain. The patented Quad Beam™ female contact ensures consistent, low-resistance connection. They're sealed to provide IP67 protection, and have an anti-vibration feature preventing the coupler from loosening in extreme conditions.
Rugged, IP67-rated Brad Safety MPIS Distribution Boxes with M12 connections are dedicated to the management of safety devices installed around the machine, and simplify safety wiring in factory automation environments.
Nano-Change connectors are made to withstand harsh-industrial and weather environments and are used to interconnect miniature sensors and actuators in industrial control applications. The small, compact M8 design make them well suited for very tight spaces requiring a sealed connector.
Renowned for its robust and reliable performance in various industrial applications, Brad Power is designed to replace traditional hard wiring with a modular, quick-connect system that simplifies installation and maintenance, thus reducing cost and downtime.
Brad® Nano-Change® (M8) and Micro-Change® (M12) cordsets, with Weld-slag, Oil Resistant (WSOR) cable, provide a rugged solution for connections in harsh industrial environments, minimize machine downtime, reduce inventory and feature knurled hexnuts which ensure proper sealing to a defined torque.
Delivering exponentially more power than standard M12 connectors, the IP67-rated Brad M12 Power Connector System provides multiple codings for electrical requirements and ease-of-use in factory automation applications.
FCT D-Sub Connectors are time-tested for ruggedness and reliability. Customers often need connectors that have a high current rating that fit in the same space as lower-current connectors. FCT D-Sub Connectors' machined contacts have increased current-carrying capacity over stamped contacts and are stronger mechanically, making them ideal for a range of applications.
FCT (D-subminiature) D-Sub Connectors are time-tested for ruggedness and reliability, with high current ratings that fit in the same space as lower-current connectors.
FCT D-Sub Connectors' machined contacts have increased current-carrying capacity over stamped contacts and are stronger mechanically.
FCT D-Sub Backshells increase the stability of D-sub connections by holding cables tightly to their connector, and include strain relief to prevent cracking and tearing.
FCT D-Sub Connector accessories support connector performance by preventing mechanical stress, providing EMI/RFI shielding and environmental protection.
The Molex brad mPm range of DIN connectors is used extensively to provide electrical connection in a wide range of applications. The most common application for mPm DIN connectors is in conjunction with pneumatic, hydraulic or electromagnetic devices, including solenoid valves. Other applications include, for example, pressure transducers, proximity switches, level sensors, limit switches and low energy motors.
Form A are the largest of the three types of DIN valve connectors, commonly used with solenoid valves to ensure a water-resistant power supply.
Form B valve connectors are good in tight spaces, such as in manifold banks, and feature a rectangular connector head shape for side-by-side mounting.
Form C valve connectors are the smallest type of connector, featuring a square-shaped connector head, and are sometimes called “sub-micro valve connectors”.
Reliable, high quality solderless solutions including terminals, splices, quick disconnects and wire management products suitable for a broad range of applications and markets such as industrial automation, automotive or commercial vehicle. Key features include insulation options, positive lock, low insertion force, quick disconnect, and more.
Molex terminal blocks and barrier strips provide flexible, secure connections that withstand harsh environments. Able to accommodate different wire sizes and types, these terminal blocks are an ideal choice for many industries and offer improved safety and reliability – as well as saving you time and money.
