Whether you're working with TRENCHSTOP™, OptiMOS™, CoolMOS™, CoolGaN™, or CoolSiC™ technologies, the 2EP family ensures seamless compatibility and performance.

These drivers are particularly well-suited for applications where a regulated voltage rail is available and an isolated supply is needed—such as industrial motor drives (including servo and premium models), solar inverters, UPS systems, welding equipment, commercial HVAC systems, and high-voltage DC-DC or DC-AC converters. Their compact design and integrated protection features reduce system complexity and save board space, while flexible duty cycle control and wide frequency support enable transformer size optimization and cost-effective implementation.
