    Comark FoodPro IF Thermometers

    The Comark FoodPro range refers to a series of infrared thermometers (IR thermometers) specifically designed for use in the food service industry. These thermometers are known for their accuracy, durability, and ease of use, making them popular choices for professional chefs, caterers, and food safety inspectors.

    There are two main models in the Comark FoodPro range:

    • FoodPro - This is the basic model, offering non-contact infrared temperature measurement with a range of -30°C to +525°C (-30°F to +525°F). It features a target illumination to help you aim the thermometer accurately, and HACCP temperature danger zones are indicated with clear safe/unsafe LED warnings.
    • FoodPro Plus - This model builds on the features of the FoodPro by adding a fold-down penetration probe. This allows you to take core temperature measurements of foods, which is especially important for verifying the safety of cooked meats and poultry. The FoodPro Plus also has a countdown timer and a traceable calibration certificate.
