RevPi Connect Series
The ideal basic modules for applications and projects that require high computing power and a wide range of connection options.
Revolution Pi is a series of open, modular and cost-effective industrial PCs based on the well-known Raspberry Pi. The basic modules, housed in a DIN rail housing, can be seamlessly expanded with a variety of suitable I/O modules and fieldbus gateways. By combining the Raspberry Pi Compute Module with robust and industrial-grade peripherals made in Germany, compliance with important industry standards including IEC 61131-2 is achieved. A customised version of the Raspberry Pi OS runs on it. The modifications include, for example, a real-time patch of the kernel and a process image into which all current process values can be easily written or read. Individual applications can be programmed using Node-RED, Python or directly in C, among other things. Thanks to the modular design, the interfaces and the Linux-based software, the Revolution Pi can be used for a variety of tasks, be it as an industrial PC, controller, IIoT gateway or edge device.
The fourth generation of the renowned RevPi Connect is powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4. Find out all about the almost limitless connectivity and application possibilities of this powerhouse in this video.
