BPV23 Series PIN Photodiodes
The BPV23 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, is a group of silicon PIN photodiodes. They are in a through-hole side-looking package with a black plastic lens and daylight filter. Its domed lens enables a higher sensitivity that flat lens packages.
