TEMD10x0 Series PIN Photodiodes
The TEMD10x0 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon PIN photodiodes. They are in surface mount (SMD) subminiature packages with a variety of different lead types. The lead types include gull-wing, reverse gull-wing, yoke lead and axial leads. A black plastic package gives the TEMD series a daylight filter. The TEMD10x0 PIN photodiodes are high speed and high radiant sensitivity photodiodes.
Suitable applications include; high speed IR detectors, IR remote control and air data transmission systems. The TEMD10x0 PIN photodiodes can be used in combination with the TSFF series IR emitters.
