Honeywell Mass Airflow Sensor, Liquid, 8 to 15V DC - AWM90000 Series - AWM92100V

Measure the mass flow rate of liquids with this airflow sensor from Honeywell. Made of durable plastic material, this component is able to withstand high pressures of up to 25psi without losing performance. It also has a maximum flow rate of ±200sccm (standard cubic centimetres per minute), so it's suitable for a wide variety of applications. Low pressure drop of 0.49mbar significantly reduces noise and improves operating efficiency. The device has the added benefit of low power consumption of 50mW maximum, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. This sensor is typically able to capture the full flow rate in a rapid response time of only 1ms.

Features & Benefits

• Wide supply voltage range between 8V to 15V DC allows for flexibility of use in different applications
• Compact package design makes it suitable for space-constrained applications
• High stability eliminates the need for constant recalibration

Applications

• CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) equipment
• Sleep apnea monitors
• Fuel-to-air ratio sensing
• Leak detection

How accurate is this sensor?

This sensor is capable of producing results with low hysteresis and repeatability reading errors of less than 0.35%.
