Murata Mono Block 20A DC-DC Converter
The MYMGK1R820 series from Murata are miniature Mono Block type Non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC power converters for embedded applications. The tiny form factor measure only 10.5 x 9.0 x 5.6 mm. Applications include powering FPGA/CPUs, Datacom/telecom systems, Distributed Bus Architectures (DBA), programmable logic and mixed voltage systems.
The converters have input voltage ranges of 4.5 V dc to 5.5 V dc (*FRSR) or 8.0 V dc to 14 V dc (*ERSR) and a maximum output current of 20 Amps. Based on a fixed frequency synchronous buck converter switching topology, this high-power conversion efficient PoL module features programmable output voltage 0.7 V to 1.8 V, On/Off control and Power Good signal output. These converters also include under voltage lock out UVLO), output short circuit protection and overcurrent protection.
The converters have input voltage ranges of 4.5 V dc to 5.5 V dc (*FRSR) or 8.0 V dc to 14 V dc (*ERSR) and a maximum output current of 20 Amps.
