RS 1.27mm D-Microminiature Right Angle PCB Mount Terminal Block Connectors


RS D-Microminiature right angle PCB mount terminal block plug and socket connectors with a 1.27mm pitch and narrow profile which meet requirements of MIL-C-83513. These 1.27mm Microminiature D Connectors have gold plated copper alloy pin contacts made from a precision miniature spring cable with a welded tip, the expanded cable provides seven spring members around the pin to esnure secure mating with the socket wall. These pin contacts are in recessed cavities and are protected from moisture and isolated from each other and the metal shell by a silcone elastomer interfacial seal. The shell of these D-Microminiature right angle PCB mount block and socket terminal block connectors is made from aluminium alloy with a yellow chromate over cadmium plating with a UL94V-0 glass filled polyester insulator. Mating is via two jackposts.

Typical applications for these 1.27 mm D-Microminiature terminal block connectors include miniaturized airborne electronics and data processing equipment where shorter signal paths are needed.
