RS PRO Retroreflective Photoelectric Sensor with Barrel Sensor, 50 mm → 7 m Detection Range


Photoelectric sensors are used in industrial manufacturing by bouncing beams of light off objects in order to detect them. This retroreflective barrel sensor from the trusted RS PRO range uses a polarising filter that identifies reflective surfaces, and a red light to help it align them.

This sensor is made even more precise thanks to its background blanking technology that filters out objects beyond those being measured. Its detection range is a broad 50 mm to 7 m. With a nickel-plated brass body, it's robust and will resist corrosion. You can install it easily as it comes with a mounting bracket, and the unit includes a reflector.

IP67 rated, the product is water-resistant. In addition, it's CE-certified and UL-listed for safety and sustainability and meets standards E348498 and NRKH7 as a safe and effective photoelectric sensor.
