LM75 Temperature Sensors, NXP Semiconductors

The LM75 series is a range of configurable digital temperature sensors. Analogue to digital conversion is achieved using delta-sigma modulation and a silicon bandgap sensor temperature sensor. Each device within the range also contains an over temperature detection output.
