DS7505 Digital Thermometer & Thermostat

The DS7505 is a temperature-to-digital converter with an over/under-temperature alarm output. Applications include PCs, mobile phones, office equipment and data loggers.

Measurement temperature range: -55 to +125°C
Accuracy: ±0.5°C from 0 to +70°C
Programmable resolution from 9 to 12 bits
Conversion Time (Max): 25ms (9-bit), 200ms (12-bit)
Will function as a stand-alone thermostat
Configuration settings saved in EEPROM prior to installation
Communication: Serial I²C bus for up to 8 devices
Power supply: +1.7V to +3.7Vdc
