RK Series 100W Wirewound Potentiometers
Ohmite RK Series wirewound potentiometers are designed and manufactured to operate smoothly and reliably over long periods of use. The RK Series has a ceramic body, high-grade resistance alloy linear taper windings, vitreous enamel coating, metal spring contact arm, metal graphite composition and solder coated terminals. Typical applications for the RK series are motor speed controls, light dimmers and for equipment requiring convenient variable resistance settings.

The Arcol Ohmite RE series 100W 25Ω wirewound potentiometers is a linear rheostat. These rheostats are constructed from a ceramic body with resistance alloy winding and a vitreous enamel coating (or silicone ceramic coating depending on model). RJ rheostats have a metal spring contact arm, metal graphite composition and feature solder coated terminals.
