The TDA5150 is a low cost, multi-channel ASK/FSK/GFSK RF transmitter for the 315/434/868MHz ISM frequency bands

RF Frequency Ranges: 300 to 320MHz, 433 to 435MHz, 869 to 928MHz, ISM bands
RF Output Power: up to +10dBm
Modulation: FSK(CPFSK), GFSK or ASK(OOK)
Multi-channel and channel-hopping (FHSS) capability
Optional Manchester, Bi-Phase and Miller encoding
On-chip PRBS9 scrambler
OTA Data Rate: up to 100kbps
Continuous checking of chip status by Fail-Safe mechanism
Host communication: serial SPI
Sleep and Standby power-saving modes
Battery monitor
Brownout detector
