EFR32MG12 Mighty Gecko 2.4GHz/868MHz Dual-Band Radio Board

The BRD4163A Mighty Gecko Dual-Band Radio Board supports the development of Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth Low-Energy and proprietary wireless applications. It is supported by the Simplicity Studio suite of development tools.

• EFR32MG12 Cortex-M4F core SoC with 1MB Flash memory, 256KB RAM (EFR32MG12P433F1024GL125) • RF Operating Frequency: 2.4 to 2.4835GHz and 863 to 870MHz ISM Bands

• PCB antenna (2.4GHz) with optional U.FL connector
• SMA connector for external antenna (868MHz)
• Touch Slider
• Crystals for LFXO and HFXO: 32.768 kHz and 38.4 MHz
