Cherry Energy Harvesting Evaluation Kit

The Evaluation Kit, P/N AFIK-1002 allows users to test how energy harvesting technology works and to measure specific parameters, such as signal strength and range, in their own applications. Typical uses include industrial and building automation, smart home or medical technologies. The AFIK-1002 kit includes an Energy Harvesting Generator, Snap Switch, Rocker Switch, Receiver (with antenna bushing), USB cable and receiver manual. The wireless switch and receiver products are all available as individual items:

• Wireless and battery-less energy harvesting function
• Transmission frequency; 868 Mhz with further options: 2.4 Ghz, 915 Mhz
• Transmitting power is typically 10-14 dBM with a maximum of 27 dBm at 868 Mhz
• Transmitting distance is up to 300 metres free field and 60 metres in buildings
• Data Rate up to 100 kBit/s at 868 Mhz
• 3 times typical protocol repeating
• Unique 32 bit identification
• Switch life of up to 1,000,000 cycles for industrial applications
