Wolfspeed SiC Power MOSFET Evaluation Kit

An evaluation kit from Wolfspeed, the power division of Cree Inc., which demonstrates the performance capabilities of 1200V MOSFETs and Schottky diodes in standard TO-247 packages. The kit includes all the power stage parts needed to quickly assemble a half-bridge configured power converter and get started with SiC devices. The kit PCB also serves as a good layout example for properly driving MOSFET and diode combinations with minimal ringing.

• Kit includes isolated gate drivers and power supplies
• Easily re-configurable to different power conversion topologies such as Buck or Boost.
• Easy access to critical test points for measurement including VGS, VDS and IDS.
