The Microchip Technology ATTINY1616 family type, QFN package, surface mount 8-pin and AVR RISC-based 8-bit microcontroller. It has a voltage rating of 5.5V. This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 8kb ISP flash program memory, 521bytes of internal SRAM and 512bytes of EEPROM. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz allowing the system to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
