The 74HCT are a high-speed series of CMOS devices from DiodesZetex. Suitable for general purpose, the logic ICs are pin compatible with low power Schottky (LSTTL). They also benefit from low power consumption. The variety of types available include standard logic gates, hex inverters, buffers, Schmitt trigger inverters and counters & shift registers.
