The FSC230/10 Variable Fan Speed Controller is designed for mains 230Vac, 10A single-phase driven inductive loads, giving fully adjustable voltage outputs from zero to maximum. This allows to set a minimum output voltage level in order to prevent a motor from being driven to slowly.
