Amphenol FCI Modular Jack Connectors

A range of Cat 3 and Cat 5 RJ11, RJ22 and RJ45 modular jack connectors for use with a wide range of telecom, data, networking and home entertainment applications. The Cat 3 modular jacks support a transmission rate of 16 Mbps and the Cat 5 modular jacks support a high-speed data rate of 100 Mbps. These Cat 3 and Cat 5 RJ11, RJ22 and RJ45 modular jack connectors are selectively loaded with a one piece design making them easy to use. They are also side by side stackable for PCB space saving and easy installation. These RJ11, RJ22 and RJ45 connectors are available with shielding for EMI/ESD protection and with inverted latch and panel stop options. Versions of these RJ connectors are also available with a low profile design to accommodate low profile panel cut-outs. These RJ11, RJ22 and RJ45 modular jack connectors have a range of mounting configurations including right angle, vertical, SMT and through hole. The through hole versions have PCB board locks for a secure retention to the PCB during the soldering process. All models are highly reliable and excellent quality.

Product Application Information

These Cat 3 and Cat 5 RJ11, RJ22 and RJ45 modular jack connectors are suitable for use in a wide range of applications. The Cat 3 modular jacks support low speed networking applications such as phones, modems, POS terminal machines, security systems, laptops, set-top boxes and ATMs. The Cat 5 modular jacks support high-speed gb Ethernet applications such as Ethernet switches, network servers, routers and hubs.
