The Microchip AT24CS01 1Kbit serial EEPROM utilizes an I2C (2-wire) serial interface. It operates on voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. The device is organized as one block of 128 x 8 and is optimized for use in consumer and industrial applications where reliable and dependable non-volatile memory storage is essential. It features a 128 bit serial number that is programmed and permanently write protected during the Microchip manufacturing process.
