    Can I return a product online?

    Yes, you can complete a returns form online. Please refer to "Returns and Handling Charge" of the existing Conditions of sale.

    How do I return an order?

    It's simple. There are two options to choose from:

    Option 1:

    Step 1: Click 'My Account' from the navigation bar

    Step 2: Click Return, from the 'Quick links' drop down menu.

    Option 2:

    Step 1: Click 'My Account' from the navigation bar

    Step 2: Click 'My Orders', then click on the order number

    For return charges please refer to our "Cancellations and Returns" of the current Conditions of sale.

    Can I return products using my RS reference number or products that a colleague has ordered offline?

    Yes, you can return products using your RS reference number and any orders you have placed via other methods than online. Here’s how:

    Step 1: Go to My Account from the navigation bar

    Step 2: Click on My Orders, where you can search for your orders by RS reference number, channel or date.

    Step 3: Once you have chosen the correct order, select 'Return'.

    Can I track my return?

    Check with your chosen carrier to see if they offer this service as currently we do not issue return mailing labels, and are unable to track return parcels.

    Lithium batteries: How do I return them – or any product with lithium batteries?

    Go through the returns process, which will give you your return number. If you’re unsure how to do this, see 'How do I return a product?'

    Step 1: Once you have your return number, you’ll need to download a lithium battery packing label

    Step 2:

    Print the label off and attach to the outside of the packaging.

    Note: If you don’t use the label, mark the package clearly, noting that lithium batteries are enclosed.
