    Quick Order

    How to use Quick Order

    Option 1:

    If you already know the RS stock numbers for the part you want, save time using 'Quick Order' on the home page, located on the right-hand side of your screen. Then click 'Add to Order'.

    You can also use our 'Quick Order' located next to your order form here, which you’ll see before checking out. It’s ideal for lists you’ve already prepared. Copy part numbers, quantities, line level, cost centres and your own customer part numbers from excel files and paste them into the 'Quick Order' box.

    Option 2:

    You can also choose to select a number of products within your basket and saving it for later. Just build your basket and select ‘Save for later’.

    You can retrieve your list by selecting the ‘My Account’ tab on the navigation bar, and selecting ‘My Lists’.

    Costs Centres & own part numbers

    If you’re ordering for a company that uses ‘cost centres’ or your own parts numbers and would like them to appear on your order, here’s all you have to do:

    Step 1: From the home page, click on 'My Account' and then, 'My Profile'.

    Step 2: Select ‘Cost Centre and/or Part Numbers’.

    Step 3: Type your numbers into the fields that you’ll now see below each item on your order form and save your preferences.

    Using promotion Codes

    To claim a special offer, enter the promotional code into the promotion code box, situated below your order form, before checking out here.

    Expand the field for it to appear and then enter the relevant code.

    Please note: The price and offer will be applied to your invoice only and will not show on your online order. You can also claim special offers over the phone or at a branch by quoting the stock number and promotion code. The promotion code must be added at the time of order and cannot be added retrospectively.

    Adding or changing a Delivery Addresses

    We’ve made it easy to add additional delivery addresses or change an existing one:

    Option 1:

    Step 1: Click 'Checkout' once you’ve selected your products.

    Step 2: You have the option to 'Edit' an existing delivery address, or you can add a new delivery address by selecting the ‘Add a Delivery Address’ button.

    Option 2:

    Step 1: Click on the ‘My Account’ tab on the navigation bar,

    Step 2: Click on ‘My Profile’

    Step 3: Select ‘View/Set your default settings’ click here and follow the instructions

    Invoice Address

    You can add additional invoice addresses or change an existing one only if you are a guest user.
