    How do I order online?

    You can do this in two ways, by search and browse and adding products to basket, or going straight to the basket and entering your products within it.

    Step 1: Select your preferred delivery options; you have three options to choose from

    Option 1:

    By choosing ‘Delivery’ to select your preferred delivery time and the costs assigned to it.

    Option 2:

    By choosing ‘Delivery’ and selecting ‘Forward Order’ for a delivery date in the future, click here to learn more about forward orders.

    Option 3:

    By choosing ‘Collection’ and selecting your nearest branch

    For Option 1 & 2 follow these steps:

    Step 2: You will be asked to login or register as a guest, click here to learn more

    Step 3: Select your preferred payment option

    Step 4: Review page: Here you will have a final opportunity to review your order before placing it with us.

    Step 5: Order placed: Finally, you will see confirmation of the order you have placed and your unique RS order reference.

    Alternatively you can type in or copy your part numbers from excel files using 'Quick Order' from the navigation bar on the page.

    Can I get my RS products supplied in a kit?

    Yes, our kitting service can be arranged through your local RS branch manager. You just tell us the products you need and we will supply them as a bespoke kit made for your business. Kits are then purchased by you as and when required.

    This service is available to all RS account holders but only through our local branch network. To find your local branch click here.

    Can I get a discount on my large orders?

    Yes, if you have a bill of materials or an order over £500 we have a dedicated team of sales professionals who can help save you money through negotiated discount.

    You can request discount on your large orders either by uploading or create a quote within the ‘My Quotes’ section of ‘My Account’ and select 'further matching or price negotiation' once your quote has been returned.

    Can I set up a blanket order?

    We can set up a single order number for you to place a number of orders against, with a spend control, set by you.

    Tell us your order limit (ie, maximum spend) over a specified time and we will log all your transactions with us. We will inform you once you have reached your limit.

    How do I change an order?

    If you want to amend an order once you’ve checked out online, simply speak to our helpful team on 01536 201201. asap.
