Flow Controllers

A flow controller is a device that is used to measure and control the flow of liquids and gases. It is designed and calibrated to control a specific type of liquid or gas at a particular range of flow rates.
Advantages of flow controllers:
• Money saving feature – flow control valve maintain the same pressure while using less air, this means that you save on your water and sewer bills.
• Greener lifestyle- it has potential to conserve up to 85 percent of the water that we use, this means less demand on the water supply
• Easy to install – do it yourself without calling a plumber, most valves connect directly to faucets at the point where the water line connects
When choosing a flow meter, it is important to consider a range of factors, including the familiarity of plant personnel, their experience with calibration and maintenance, spare parts availability, and average time between failure on site.
• LED or LCD screen - provides you with maximum and minimum flow rate data for use with flow/no-flow sensing applications.
• DIN Rail Mount - Switch points configurable using potentiometer
• Panel Mount
• L-Bracket Mount
