Suitable for use with the RS PCB tanks, these processing chemicals are supplied conveniently packaged to make up sufficient working solution for one tank ’fill’. Instructions for the use of these chemicals are printed on the package, and are repeated in the instruction leaflet supplied with all tanks in the range.

Overview

PCB Preparation Seno Chemical Applicators

  • Three applicators each containing safe, ready-to-use PCB chemistry, which offers a clean and efficient alternative to processing in trays
    Each applicator is sealed with a valve mechanism terminated by a sponge which dispenses precisely the right amount on the board
    All applicators work at room temperature, are waste free, and when exhausted can be disposed of without any special precautions
363-6517 SN110 (Universal Developer): Applicator which develops all alkaline positive working resists. Contains 50ml of developer sufficient to process approximately 40 standard Eurocards (100 x 160mm)
363-6523 SN120 (Resist Strip): Applicator which quickly removes (strips) all remaining Photoresist from etched boards. Contains 80ml of resist-strip sufficient to process approximately 30 standard Eurocards (100 x 160mm)
363-6539 SN140 (Flux): Applicator which applies a protective lacquer to a clean etched circuit, preventing any further oxidation. Lacquer also acts as an excellent solder flux . Contains approximately 80ml of flux sufficient to process aproximately 70 standard Eurocards (100 x 160mm)
